Mission Statement
OC TEAM exists to help develop Biblical Christian leaders that are equipped to be effective pastors, teachers, evangelists, missionaries and lay leaders in their cultural contexts.
Modus Operandi
OC TEAM establishes partnerships between Western Christians and non-Western theological colleges and Christian Foundation Universities and their students. It does this by making resources available for student scholarships, faculty development, campus development, alumni support, consultation, and educational resources (e.g. library texts, computer/digital facilities).
OC TEAM partners with ministry training schools in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.
OC TEAM operates three primary strands to fulfil the above.
- Student Support Programme;
- Campus Support Programme;
- Alumni Support Programme.
